CranioSacral Therapy

A session of Spinal Unwinding.

Including but not limited too:

Cervical and Spinal Manipulation,

Sacral Release, Arm/Leg Motility Stretching,

Release of Intercranial Bones and Systems,

Sphenoid Rebalancing.

Conscious Embodiment

A session of half Talk Therapy,

half Cranio Sacral Therapy

for a mind-body approach to healing in the whole body system.

A client will bravely share, and bring their voice through to the trauma, and we will work together to process it through the CranioSacral approach.

Visceral Manipulation

A CranioSacral Session:

With a focus on "Talking to the Heart"

Heart and Pericardium unwinding

- This session may involve some talking.

A CranioSacral Session

Visceral Manipulation with a focus on unwinding and rebalancing the lungs.

Visceral Manipulation of the Stomach and Digestive System

Parent/Child Sessions

A CranioSacral Session :

Working with both parent and child,

or just child receiving hands-on therapy.

With a focus of bringing awareness through play to release tension and trauma and to encourage feelings of safety, bondedness and alignment through support from parent and therapist.

CranioSacral Intensive

4 - 90 minute CranioSacral sessions back to back within 4 days

This is recommended after car accidents or injuries, deep emotional distress, or significant trauma of any kind.

About Me:

Hello! Welcome to BlissBody Therapeutics.

I have been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since January of 2020.

I came to Craniosacral Therapy as a patient, after having a roll-over car accident in 2017.

I am incredibly grateful to be alive, though I sustained moderate injuries that have taken many years to heal. I have found personal healing of my own complex injuries through the work of CST and I have found a tremendous amount of empathy for what folks go through in this life, as person with a body!

Bodies are amazing! AND they have a wonderful ability to heal!

Craniosacral Therapy has been an incredible tool in helping me (personally) to heal and rebalance in my physiology, but also, it has awakened me (personally) into the deep confidence of emotional freedom through the ability to grieve.

As a Therapist, I hold a deep sense of reverence for those find their way to my table,

I understand what it is like to be in pain, and I hold myself to the highest form of conscious touch, total listening, and total respecting .

I strive to create a safe space for my clients to express themselves in total authenticity.

Pain and trauma are safe here.
